酒店的服務簡直滿分，開門就是運河，旁邊就是公交站，交通極其方便。裡邊設施床品絕對是五星級級別的，相當於一個高級名宿，來阿姆一定要來717感受一下！

服務好，房間也還行，屬於私人民宿酒店。缺點早餐47.5歐，太貴了！就麵包，一份三文魚雞蛋。還是建議五星級酒店，連鎖酒店隨便吃的

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel, which we chose based on its high ratings and positive reviews. During our two-night stay with my family, we were shocked to experience a theft of our entire luggage from our BMW X7, parked right outside your hotel, on the night of April 17th to 18th. The security footage clearly shows multiple instances where the car alarm was triggered as thieves broke the windows and stole our valuables and suitcases. As residents of Belgium and professionals in architecture, we frequently visit Amsterdam for work. This is the first time we have encountered such a situation, and we were dismayed that throughout the night, neither hotel staff nor the police reached out to us to ensure the safety of your guests.  Had I known that such an incident could occur, I would have undoubtedly chosen another hotel. I feel compelled to share this experience through various review platforms to inform potential guests about the security issues at your establishment. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that steps will be taken to improve the safety and security for your guests in the future.

이 호텔은 정말 아담하지만 위치가 너무 좋구 직원들 서비스가 아주 훌륭 감동감동합니다. 그리고 4인이 머물수 있는 신기한 벌크베드도 있는 방이있어 아주 좋아요 정말 깔끔하고 가족단위 추천!‘ 단점은 엘리베이터가 없는데 짐은 다 올려다 줍니다:)

While the hotel itself and its facilities may not fully live up to a typical 5-star standard, the exceptional staff more than makes up for it—they deserve a 20 out of 10! The cleanliness throughout the property is impeccable, and the location couldn't be more convenient. The hotel also features a beautiful garden, which adds a serene and lovely touch to the overall experience. Overall, if you're looking for warm, attentive service and a clean, well-located stay, this hotel is a great choice.

In een schitterend herenhuis aan de Prinsengracht bevindt zich een uitmuntend hotel. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en neemt graag de tijd om al uw vragen te beantwoorden. De kamer is prachtig ingericht met een klassiek design dat naadloos aansluit bij de historische ambiance van het pand. Het welkomstdrankje in het sfeervolle en intieme restaurant werd zeer gewaardeerd. Kortom, een prachtige ervaring.
